This Agreement is intended to regulate the rights and obligations between you (hereinafter referred to as "You") and the developer of the "Yiting Compass - Altimeter" application (hereinafter referred to as "We") in relation to the use of this Application, so as to protect the legitimate rights and interests of both parties.
By using this Application, You indicate that You agree to accept all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If You do not agree to any of the terms of this Agreement, please do not use this Application.
If You are a minor under the age of 14, You must ensure that Your guardian carefully reads this Agreement and uses this Application with the consent of Your guardian; the guardian shall be responsible for the acts and consequences of the minor's use of this Application.
We are committed to providing You with high-quality and stable application services. However, in the event of service interruption, delay or functional abnormality caused by reasons not attributable to us, such as technical failures, network outages, device incompatibility, etc., we will take remedial measures in a timely manner, but shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses caused to You thereby.
You undertake to strictly comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and relevant international conventions in the course of using this Application, and shall not use this Application to engage in any illegal, irregular or acts contrary to public order and good morals, including but not limited to:
We have the right to supervise and manage Your use behavior. If it is found that You violate the provisions of this Agreement, we may take the following measures:
Environmental data displayed by this Application, including but not limited to longitude and latitude, altitude, direction, speed, magnetic field strength, air pressure, oxygen content, boiling point of water, etc., are all collected and generated by Your device hardware. Such data may have errors due to device performance and environmental factors, and may even be unavailable in extreme cases. The aforementioned data is for reference only, and we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness and timeliness. Any decision You make based on such data shall be independently judged by combining Your own experience, environmental conditions and professional opinions, and we shall not be liable for any losses arising therefrom.
This Application and all its contents, including but not limited to text, pictures, audio, video, software, etc., are protected by intellectual property laws and regulations, and we own all intellectual property rights of this Application and its contents.
Without our written permission, You shall not copy, disseminate, modify, adapt, translate, distribute or use this Application and its contents in other ways.
If You believe that the content of this Application infringes Your intellectual property rights, You shall submit a written complaint notice to us, stating the following contents:
Upon receipt of the complaint, we will handle it in a timely manner in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, and inform You of the handling result.
We attach great importance to Your privacy protection and only collect personal information to the extent necessary to provide You with services, including but not limited to geographic location, motion and fitness data, device model, operating system version, etc.
We will take necessary measures to protect the security of Your personal information in accordance with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations, and ensure that Your personal information will not be used for any illegal purposes.
You can view the scope of information collection through the settings page of this Application, and independently choose to enable/disable relevant permissions; if You refuse to provide non-essential information, it will only affect the use of corresponding functions and will not affect the operation of basic functions.
Without Your express consent, we will not share Your personal information with any third party; if sharing is indeed necessary for cooperation, we will require the cooperating party to comply with privacy protection agreements and supervise their behaviors.
We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the security of data stored by You in this Application, but we shall not be liable for compensation for data loss, damage or leakage caused by force majeure, network attacks, device failures and other reasons.
In the event of data loss, damage or leakage, we will take measures to repair and handle it as soon as possible, and notify You of the relevant situation; however, we shall not be liable for any losses caused to You thereby.
We may modify the terms of this Agreement in accordance with the revision of laws and regulations, business adjustments and other circumstances. After the modification, we will notify You through announcements, pop-ups and other methods within this Application, and reserve a reasonable public notice period. If You do not agree to the modified terms, You shall stop using this Application; continued use shall be deemed as acceptance of the modified Agreement.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute or controversy arising between You and us shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party shall file a lawsuit with the People's Court of Liangjiang New Area, Chongqing Municipality.
